Trauma-Informed Education and Resources

Trauma Insight is a digital learning and resource space for people on trauma recovery journeys, as well as the professionals who walk alongside them. Our offerings include trauma-informed training and micro-courses for therapists, coaches, and helping professionals, self-paced toolkits, written guides, and visual resources to support healing, reflection, and self-understanding, and gentle psychoeducation on trauma, nervous system awareness, and recovery. In the future, we plan to introduce a membership or resource vault for ongoing learning and trauma-informed self-care, as well as licensing the Trauma Insight model and frameworks for trauma-aware approaches in education, health, and wellbeing sectors. Optional community-based connection and learning spaces may also be available.
